I was not a consultant delivering a plan and leaving. I was the co-founder accountable for the full result. We started with what we could source locally, moved into production in Iraq, then manufacturing in Dubai, and built a presence across Iraq and the UAE. Every marketing decision had to work in inventory, service, delivery and profit — not only on a screen.
